At Field Fresh Farms, we understand the importance of streamlining the path our produce takes to get from the farm to the table. We’ve done this by organizing our vertically integrated operation to allow for start-to-finish control. With fields located minutes from the packing facilities, our customers can expect a peak-fresh conventional and organic product that’s harvested, processed, and ready to ship within 24 hours.
When it comes to maximizing the flavor and vibrancy of our crops, we turn to the latest technologies, evolving as they do. From advanced optical sorters that efficiently remove foreign objects to a vacuum cooling system that expertly eliminates excess moisture, we combine the best tools at our disposal to offer superior products at competitive prices all year long.
For example, Field Fresh Farms is one of the few operations in the area with multiple Carbon Robotics LaserWeeders. With the help of advanced AI camera technology, these state-of-the-art weeders identify even the smallest weeds and zap them with a laser, eliminating the need for harmful pesticides.
Sustainability is a top priority at Field Fresh Farms. We believe that making Earth-wise decisions about the land we manage is not only good business—it’s what’s best for our customers, our community, and the environment.
Because the agriculture industry is always evolving, we continually reassess what it means to be attentive stewards of the land. This informs our choices about how to irrigate, fertilize, control pests, and rotate crops, so we enrich the environment instead of depleting it. We’re proud to say we follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), are World Quality Service (Food Safety) certified and our organic products are certified organic by Organic Certifiers.
Our commitments to agricultural excellence don’t stop at the soil. Feeding the community continues to be an essential part of our work. This means we make a conscious effort to uplift our local community through product donations and financial support to food banks, youth organizations, and other outreach programs.
We also cultivate years-long relationships with our employees. Building a supportive, stable workplace is another piece of our sustainability story because it ensures career opportunities for those who live nearby. It may seem like a small thing, but these efforts are how we give back to the vibrant community where our family has grown its produce for four generations.
Are we chic for hopping on this trend? We hope so. Fresh produce has always been in style around here.✨🥬

Farmworkers are the heart of our communities and the foundation of our healthy food system. Today, we recognize and appreciate their hard work and the lasting impact they make every day.

What a night! We loved spending an evening with some of our favorite people at the Monterey Bay Aquarium during foodservice week. We always appreciate the chance to connect outside of the office and celebrate the people who make what we do so rewarding! 🪸 🪼 🥬 🥂
That`s a wrap on IFPA foodservice week! Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth, caught up with the team, and made it such a fun show. We were especially excited to display live romaine, some fresh components that make up our Mega Mix, and our new shirts. 🥬 🌱
We’re looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones tomorrow! See you in Monterey at booth #401. 🥬
